DHG Associates is a real estate investment partnership. DHG Associates buys old run down multi–family units in need of repairs, we then refurbish them, and then we keep the building and collect the rents derived from those buildings. Every three to five years, we reinvest built up equity in another building.
Our main philosophy is that we don't like to do any emergency repairs. Because of this we maintain our properties in way above—average shape. Our biggest emergency repairs, in the last few years, has been to replace a defective toilet valve, and a worn out faucet that was starting to leak. Whenever a tenant moves out, we recondition the apartment back into above—average shape.
Some of our tenants have been renting from us for over 9 years !
